• Reg02 Tuition (Single Doctor or Multi Doctor Discount) – $379.00
  Payment is online only and will cancel in 15 minutes if payment is not processed. Watch for your Confirmation Email and keep it for your records.
  
  MULTI-DOCTOR DISCOUNT- Each additional Doctor receives a $50.00 DISCOUNT, applies to 2nd, 3rd, 4th registrant. Maximum of 4.
  Must be paid all together (single credit card online) at the time of registration. Please be sure to enter all the guest information and no shared emails.
